Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Meet9ja mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use Meet9ja:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned or removed from Meet9ja
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding online conduct

Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach

You may not use another person's account or create a fake or misleading account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Solicit money or personal information from other users
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to access another user's account without permission
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Content Rights and Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Meet9ja. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the service.

Our Content

The Meet9ja service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Meet9ja and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Premium Subscriptions

Meet9ja offers optional premium subscriptions with enhanced features:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Fees are charged to your payment method on the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings or app store
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• At your request for account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or deleting your account through the app.

Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MEET9JA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products or services will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

IN NO EVENT SHALL MEET9JA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet9ja, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user
• Content you post on the platform

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
